Discount tickets at Loveland for ski pass holders

To celebrate the final weeks of a season that has covered Loveland Ski Area with 528 inches of snow, Loveland will offer discount lift tickets to anyone that presents a 2010-2011 season pass from another ski area.

"Mother Nature has been especially kind to Loveland this season," said John Sellers, Marketing Director. "We are on pace for our 2nd best snow season in our 73 year history. And if you look at the forecast, there is still more snow headed our way this week."

Anyone that shows a 2010-2011 season pass from another ski area will be able to purchase a full day adult lift ticket for just $30. That is $16 off the ticket window rate. Loveland is slated to close on Sunday, May 8.

"We still have a 110-inch mid-mountain base and 100 percent of our terrain open at Loveland Basin," continued Sellers. "If your mountain has closed but you want to extend your season to take advantage of the amazing late season conditions, come on up to Loveland, show your pass and enjoy a late season storm or a warm bluebird day on The Ridge for just $30."

Loveland Ski Area is also selling season passes for the 2011-2012 season at the guaranteed lowest rates; 2011-2012 season passes are also valid for the remainder of this season and include bonus days at Monarch Mountain and Purgatory. Visit skiloveland.com for details.
