Poor Boyz Productions is proud to announce their lively new feature film The Grand Bizarre. This high energy production captivates viewers with insane multi-kinked urban rails, huge wall-rides, and epic powder runs; and this is only the beginning. Bobby Brown makes headlines with his featured triple cork 1440 segment as well as Simon Dumont’s session of the first ever cubed superpipe. Riders Bobby Brown, Simon Dumont, Sammy Carlson, Dane Tudor, LJ Strenio, Nick Martini, Bene Mayr, Charley Ager, Tim Durtschi, Riley Leboe, Leigh Powis, and more travel across North America and Finland in search of the most progressive urban lines imaginable. Level 1 – After Dark – 6:40 p.m.

Level 1 proudly introduces their 12th annual skiing production with a bang. Producer Josh Berman does an incredible job of blending the ‘go big or go home’ style of the backcountry with the newer technical riding of the streets. After Dark promises to not disappoint and includes everything from huge backwoods triple back flips to pristine private kicker sessions. Drawing from the influential music scene of Denver, Colorado, Level 1 heightens the viewing experience by adding carefully choreographed beats and lighting styles with the big bang riding style of pros such as Parker White, Ahmet Dadali, Tom Wallisch, JF Houle, Adam Delorme, Tanner Rainville, Mike Hornbeck, Niklas Eriksson, Duncan Adams, Josh Bibby and more. The level of urban creativity is unmatched by any other film, including many high risk switch-ups and disasters that would have never been imagined in previous films. Trailer:

Red Bull Media House & Brain Farm Digital Cinema – The Art of Flight – 8:30 p.m.

From the creators of That’s it, That’s All comes The Art of Flight, blending an aggressive snowboard film with the constant stresses involved in the snowboarding cinematography industry. Travis Rice and friends travel to the far reaches of the world to document many picturesque uncharted powder lines and hard line backcountry kickers. Producer Curt Morgan worked with Red Bull Media House and Brain Farm Digital Media for two years to incorporate state-of-the-art cinematography techniques with unexplored terrain in Patagonia, Canada, Alaska, Romania, Jackson Hole, Austria, and Aspen/Snowmass. The Art of Flight shows first hand the many challenges faced by riders Travis Rice, John Jackson, Mark Landvick, Scotty Lago, Nicolas Müller, Jake Blauvelt, DCP, Gigi Rüf, and Pat Moore as they work to push snowboarding to a new level through many morale dropping events along the way. Trailer:

Voleurz – That’s Fine – 10:30 p.m.

This rowdy crew of riders based out of the Vancouver area knows how to have a fun time. Voleurz, known for its lifestyle clothing line, has produced the exciting film That’s Fine for this upcoming fall. Skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and sledding are all seamlessly compiled into this action-packed unruly production. That’s Fine will feature riders KC Deane, Justin VDP, Max Hill, Braden Dean, Simon D'Artois, Mack Jones, Rob Heule and many more. Their hilarious yet daring actions throughout this film are certain to not disappoint. Trailer:

Filled with obnoxiously huge backcountry cliff drops, One For The Road incorporates the journey these riders endure to find some of the greatest chutes and cliffs imaginable along with many ‘newschool’ urban riding styles. These skiers share their experiences with one another through the many days of road-tripping to destinations such as Japan, Montenegro, Macedonia, Iceland, France, Jackson Hole, Utah and Squaw Valley. Led by riders Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Ian McIntosh, Griffin Post, Todd Ligare, Dash Longe, Daron Rahleves, Grete Eliassen, Byron Wells, Andreas Hatveit, Rory Bushfield, Tom Wallisch and many more, One For The Road captures the soaring intensity and high stakes consequences involved with this high speed, high action style of riding. 1242 & Oakley Productions – The Ordinary Skier – 8 p.m.

Follow Seth Morrison and friends around the world as they document the journey of what it takes to be a professional skier. This breathtaking documentary depicts Seth’s individual style of riding as well as his craze for skiing that enabled him to turn a passionate hobby into a successful career. From the slopes of South America, to the north face of Col du Plan in Chamonix, France, the guys are continuously faced with adrenaline pumping new lines throughout the film. Seth dives in depth about the many hardships involved with being a pioneer in the freestyle backcountry skiing industry, including his life changing decision to pursue skiing full time, which has led to his position as king of the backwoods. Trailer:

Matchstick Productions – Attack of La Niña – 9:30 p.m.

Matchstick Productions, holding seven titles for best movie of the year, comes forward this year to document a winter of the ages. Blessed with continuous powder resulting from an extraordinarily heavy La Niña effect, the Matchstick crew is once again fueling the skiing industry by capturing many high stakes powder lines through the backcountry of British Columbia, Alaska, Washington and Colorado.
